    I have some small spuds leftover from my first crop. They were very nice and good sizes. The small ones I'm keeping to use as seeds for the next crop. Question; how long can I keep the seeds before they go off? I'm keeping them in a cool room indoors with standard light...more in shade I'd say than full light. Thanks.

    I scrape away soil then place them firmly in ground then put soil over then gently firm it down it saves on my digging which is very difficult and i put a layer of gravel first so bulbs have good drainage and put root boost or blood fish and bone so they get a good feed ❤

    Should be how not to...hardy geraniums are probably one of the easiest and delightful flowers to grow, seeding down everywhere like weeds.

    It seems a bit dotty to cut off at 4 leaves....and then cut off the bottom ones. Why not just cut off at three?

    Non. They don't reproduce oxygen nor can bees polinate. Color is irrelevant. Oxygen and pollination is critical.

    I have a lavender farm and never refer to the varieties as english, french, italian or whatever. This is because people refer to different types of lavender the same way e.g. Stoechas and Intermedia both get referred to as French. I feel this video should be more accurate.

    I’m a large scale farmer who grows 1200 acres of potatoes and let me tell you. None of this is necessary. Keep them cool don’t let them grow. Don’t let them see light and when the ground dries up on top and there’s no more freezing pop them in the ground and they will grow just fine.

    Why did you cut the leaves?

    • @markroberts3160
      @markroberts3160 3 місяці тому

      You cut the leaves so the plant doesn't have to put so much energy into being green. You're wanting it to establish roots and then the plant will shed the half leaf and replace it with new growth when it's established
